Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to software licenses, downloads, updates, support, and related digital products provided by Exploit Pack VOF.

1. Digital products

All products sold by Exploit Pack VOF are digital software products, license keys, updates, support services, and related technical materials.

No physical goods are shipped.

2. No returns after delivery or activation

Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the Software, license key, download link, account access, or activation has been delivered, issued, accessed, or activated.

After delivery, issuance, access, or activation, the order is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory applicable law.

3. No refunds for used, downloaded, or activated software

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
a. software that has been downloaded;
b. license keys that have been issued or delivered;
c. software that has been activated;
d. software that has been accessed;
e. renewal payments once the renewal term has started;
f. dissatisfaction arising from customer preference, incompatibility with third-party environments, lack of technical skill, change of mind, or inability to use the software within the customer’s own infrastructure.

4. License term

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each license is personal, limited to one named user and one machine, and is granted for a term of one (1) year from activation.

5. Support and updates

Updates and support are included during the applicable license term. The inclusion of updates and support does not create any separate refund right once the product has been delivered, accessed, or activated.

6. Exceptions

Exploit Pack VOF may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or replacement only in limited circumstances, such as:
a. duplicate payment clearly confirmed by us;
b. proven technical failure preventing initial license delivery caused solely by our systems and not resolved within a reasonable time;
c. an incorrect charge made by us in error; or
d. any other circumstance where a refund is required by mandatory law.

If a refund is approved, it may be issued in the original payment method or by another reasonable method determined by Exploit Pack VOF.

7. Consumer withdrawal rights

If mandatory consumer protection law applies to your purchase, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate delivery, download, issuance, or activation of digital software or license material, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery or performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the related license, support, updates, and access, subject to applicable law and our contractual rights.
